1 Nature of Our Products

Takkoush Flowers sells fresh, perishable floral products. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered and accepted. We take great care to ensure every bouquet meets our quality standards before dispatch.

๐Ÿ“ธ If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to make it right.

2 When We Offer a Replacement or Refund

We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+961 81815059) with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

3 When We Do Not Offer Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

You may cancel your order free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value, as the flowers may have already been prepared.
